Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, a great online experience

Hi everyone, How are you?, I've been playing Fall guys: Ultimate Knockout a game that was published in february of 2020, you probably know this game because was played for many streamers as xQcOW, Willyrex and RubiusOMG,I can't played this game during it publication, but now with more than a year after its publication, I decided to play it, Is a good online game? 

The setup is simple: 60 players have to compete over a series of obstacle courses, and only some of them will make it to the next round. On the final challenge, the last surviving competitor is the winner. The game takes place in a  cartoon world. Everything is bright pink, bright yellow or bright red; everything is shiny and large and padded. The characters look like versions of Minions, and players can unlock new outfits and accessories through playing or paying. You don’t have to dress as a pineapple in a tie-dyed tutu, but why not? 

Some of the minigames of Fall Guys are: the challenge where you have to steal other players’ tails,it is like the chairs game and remenber pinata hunter, it’s so vicious. With only three buttons – jump, dive and grab – it’s easy to play. Much of the action is anarchy, but tactics do emerge. On other challenge, players have to run through a series of doors, but some doors are fake and won’t open, so it is wise to wait behind the leaders to find an uncontested route. 

 

Then there’s team events. When you play with friends the experience is better,  you can  work together to achieve your goals. Conversely, if you play with foreigners, they can be the most infuriating part of Fall Guys if your team members are not pulling their weight. 

Most of the mechanics and rounds are good, but any of the rounds that include the "tail tag" mechanic can become infuriating and require chasing opponents around an arena and snatching their tails.

Finally, load times are relatively fast, server errors or crashes are very rare, and the connection is excellent. 

So, do I recommend fall guys? Of course I do. Fall Guys has a very varied, interesting, interactive and accessible compilation of mini-games, as well as a very welcoming, lighthearted and not very tiring gameplay style, although team rounds can be frustrating and mechanics such as queues are not comfortable, they are insufficient to ruin a highly entertaining, varied and new experience.
